New Satellite-Derived Air Quality Funding Opportunity
HEI is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity, RFA 25-1: Advancing Satellite-Derived Air Quality Data and Approaches for Use in Health Studies. The overarching goal of this RFA is to develop a resource for health research that links satellite-derived air quality products to quantified uncertainties and strengthens the understanding of the implications of such uncertainties for exposure, epidemiological, and health assessment research.
Please note, the study should focus on air quality in the United States and must clearly articulate the relevance and substantial added value of the research to the human health effects of air pollution in the United States.
The deadline for preliminary applications is May 27, 2025.
Interested in applying? Join our webinar on March 13, 2025 from 10:30-11:30 (EDT). We will guide you through the application process and answer any questions. Participation in the webinar is not a requirement to apply to the RFA. A summary of the webinar will be made available afterwards.
