Staying in touch during the coronavirus pandemic

Contacting HEI

As of March 18, the HEI office is closed and staff members are working from home as a proactive measure to help stop the spread of Covid-19. All staff can be reached by email (see our Staff page for contact information). If you need to speak with someone please reach out by email to set up a call.

Application deadlines

Please note that the deadline for RFA 19-2 has been extended by 2 weeks (new deadline is April 7). The deadline for RFA 20-1 remains the same for now (April 21). If you know of anyone who may have concerns about meeting the deadlines because of the pandemic, please let one of the HEI science staff members know. Any updates will be posted on our Funding page.

Annual Conference webinars

As announced last week, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Annual Conference. On the plus side, we are taking this as an opportunity to transform the conference sessions into active webinars during April and May (unless the situation changes and we need to postpone them until a later date). Please check our Annual Conference page for updates. We hope you will be able to participate.
