Apply to be a mentor in HEI's summer fellowship program
HEI is excited to announce that mentor applications are now being accepted for our Summer 2024 Fellowship Program, designed to support undergraduate students from backgrounds that are underrepresented in the environmental health sciences to pursue research in this area.
We expect to select 5 or more fellows and match each with a mentor for a 10-week, full-time research opportunity in areas like environmental exposures, epidemiology, bench science, data analysis, and field work.
We are thrilled to invite members of the HEI community working at academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, or in state or local governments to apply to mentor and host an undergraduate student in their group during the summer of 2024. Your support and guidance could help ensure that environmental health sciences remain an exciting career option for everyone.
This program is established in partnership with the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE) and International Society of Exposure Science (ISES).
